Drill out damaged threads 

 

 

High Strength Cap ScrewObtain a high-strength cap screw that matches the interior threads of the GARDSERT™
Add flat washer(s)
Add oversized nut
Add 2 washers
Finish with GARDSERT™ (insure that the cutting holes are left unobstructed)

 

Insertion of Gardsert

Carefully align the GARDSERT™ to the hole

 

 

 

 

Wrench placed on oversize nut

Place wrench on oversize nut to secure it
Reverse the air tool to break loose the assembly

 

 

 

Completely threaded hole and solid repair
